In a historic feat, India proudly joins the ranks of the elite few nations to have ventured beyond Earth’s atmosphere and landed a spacecraft on the lunar surface. On the momentous Friday of July 14, 2023, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) soared to new heights as it successfully launched the highly anticipated Chandrayaan-3, marking India’s triumphant endeavor to touch down on the Moon. This mission, integral to the illustrious Chandrayaan series, commenced flawlessly from the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota, propelled by the mighty Launch Vehicle Mark-III.
