The employee onboarding software platform is developed for the web with a candidate portal where the candidate can fill in their details and another for the admin from where the recruiters can access the details of the candidate and proceed with the onboarding processes. The employee onboarding software platform can be used to welcome the shortlisted candidate to the organization to check their documents such as educational certificates, personal verification documents, etc. The onboarding process starts by sending a mail with the link to the tool to the shortlisted candidate who will be invited to the application to fill in the details required.
The recruiter will then go through the details to see if personal details are entered correctly. In case any data is wrong, they can send a mail to the candidate specifying what details are entered wrongly. Once they provide the right details, the recruiter can verify, and can then click on the ‘verify’ icon to change the status of the application to verified. After this, the recruiter will share the details on what time and location they have to join and what documents they should bring.
Once the candidate arrives, then the HR personnel will cross-check the details and add the primary details of the candidate such as the designation they are taken in for, probation period, training period, insurance details, the bank where the salary will be credited, etc, and all such details are validated. Once that is finalized, the candidate is now onboarded to the organization’s HRMS system.
