Breeze user management mainly consists of four user roles; Superadmin, HR team, Recruitment team, and Candidate. Superadmins take care of all the backend changes in the system. Recruitment team can invite the candidate into breeze tool and HR takes care of the onboarding process. Superadmins can also configure email settings to automate the communication process securely. Admins can add users, invite candidates and assign them roles based on their responsibilities, i.e, HR team, Recruitment team or candidate, which determines their access across the platform. The dashboard feature allows admins to track candidates at every stage. Breeze is capable of managing form submissions from candidates containing their personal and professional details, verifying information, and sending corrections when needed.

All the candidate data is stored in a secure cloud server. Employees can log in to breeze via password and users outside the organization(candidates) can log in via an OTP sent to their mobile number.
